What we keep

Vellum stores your email, hashed password, profile answers, résumé file, optional photo, application rows, and a short log of apply steps.

Passwords are hashed. The session sits in an httpOnly cookie. We do not sell lists of users.

When you apply, the same fields a company form asks for are sent to that company’s Ashby page. That employer then has your application.

This is a student project. If you want an account removed, use the email you signed up with and ask the project admin.
